Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting returns. All Sales Final in the event there is an issue please contact us at info@thecraftykit.com. We carefully package and ship every package with care and love, but are not responsible for mishaps that may occur with USPS handling errors. It is very important to take out your succulents out of the shipping box no more than 24 hours of package receipt. Please make sure to water your succulents at the roots only upon arrival to help destress the succulents from its transit period. If by chance your package arrives damaged, please make sure to submit images within 24 hours of order receipt so we can submit a claim with USPS and send out a replacement. 

Workshop Cancellation Policy

7 days prior to the date of the workshop. Anytime after would be considered non-refundable. You may take a credit for a future workshop or create the project for those attendees not able to attend.
