FAQ's

Question: Can we use our own conferencing tool (ie zoom, meets, teams, and webex)?

Answer: Yes, simply add your conferencing link to the Elevent portal and we will sign on to the event.

Question: What shipping carrier do you use to ship the kits?

Answer: Our carrier preference for domestic is UPS, USPS is utilized for any P.O. boxes, and FedEx is utilized for international.

Question: How would I care for my succulents upon arrival?

Answer: Please bring the box indoors upon receipt. Protect your succulents from extreme temperatures and weather conditions by bringing the package inside as soon as it arrives.
Open the box promptly, allow light and airflow to reach the plants by opening the box. Simply unboxing them and letting them rest will help reduce stress from transit.
**Dry Succulents:** Your succulents will arrive dry, as shipping them with moisture could cause mold. If needed, you may water them upon arrival, but be sure to water only at the root.
**Ongoing Care:** Participants are responsible for caring for their plants in the days leading up to the event. Open the box immediately and monitor the health of your succulents.

Question: How do you ship during cold weather?

Answer: All kits include a 72 hour heat pad that provides added warmth. We are monitoring the weather conditions for all recipients. In the event inclement weather is expected we will reach out to the host and suggest expedited delivery for the best care of the plant.
