Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping 

Processing times can take up to 24 hours.

If order is received prior to 3pm est it will ship that same day. Orders placed after 3pm est will ship the following business day. All shipments will have tracking information of which you will be notified of when it has shipped.

 

International Plant Shipments- Do require a phytosanitary certificate to enter your international country. This fee is $26 of which you will be invoiced after placing your order. There is one week lapse on getting your shipment shipped to allow usda certification. 

All orders ship USPS 2 Day Priority (if selected this option) note our website offers UPS and fedex services 

East Coast 1-3 day max

West Coast 3-5 day max

All of our succulents must ship 2 day priority to maintain the health of the plant. Delays do happen the courier side although they are not frequent we cannot control the courier system. We do track all orders 3 times daily and notify our customers of any issues. In the event your package arrives damaged please immediately snap pictures and email them to info@thecraftykit.com and we will be able to assist you further.

 

UPS & Fedex- Runs upon its system scheduled time. Although both are not offering guarantee delivery. In order for these packages to ship same day all orders should be placed by 2pm est otherwise packages will go out next business day.

Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting returns. All Sales Final in the event there is an issue please contact us at info@thecraftykit.com. We carefully package and ship every package with care and love, but are not responsible for mishaps that may occur with USPS handling errors. It is very important to take out your succulents out of the shipping box no more than 24 hours of package receipt. Please make sure to water your succulents at the roots only upon arrival to help destress the succulents from its transit period. If by chance your package arrives damaged, please make sure to submit images within 24 hours of order receipt so we can submit a claim with USPS and send out a replacement.
