Kit Includes: a choice of the following flavors; strawberry, matcha, and coconut. Also included is mochiko sweet rice flour, powdered sugar, potato starch. and instruction. Only strawberry mochi includes freeze-dried strawberry powder and strawberry jam. Only the matcha mochi includes culinary-grade matcha and mini chocolate chips. Finally, only the coconut mochi includes shredded coconut. The following is not provided: you will need a cutting board, sharp knife, water, small bowl, fork, and either a microwave or stovetop.
